We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to be flexible. To keep our mobile dog gym running smoothly and fair for all clients, the following policy applies.

Free Cancellations or Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your dog’s appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

This fee will be waived if the appointment is rescheduled for another available date and time.

Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows

If we arrive at the scheduled location and the appointment cannot be completed because the dog is unavailable, we cannot access the dog, or the client cancels at that time, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Please Have Your Dog Ready

Please make sure your dog is ready and accessible at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to safely access your dog or complete the service after arrival, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the business.
